How to Choose a Tennis Tote Bag with a Shoe Compartment
Give your shoes their own space and reach your rackets without unpacking. See how the NST Tennis Tote keeps a day of work, tennis, and plans afterward organized.

When tennis is on the calendar after work, packing starts before you leave the house. Court shoes, rackets, a fresh top, and the things you need at your desk all have a part in the day. A tennis tote bag with a shoe compartment gives your footwear a place of its own, ready for the moment you change for the court.
We designed the NST Tennis Tote with a separate lower shoe compartment and an opening you can reach from outside the bag. Two full-size rackets go in the front and rear pockets, your laptop goes in the padded laptop compartment, and a change of clothes and everyday belongings go in the main compartment.
Reach your shoes through their own zipper
Arrive at the court, set the tote down, and unzip the lower compartment. Your shoes come out while the main compartment stays closed. The top you packed for later can stay where it is, and you can leave the laptop in its own compartment while you get ready.

That separate entrance is the detail we would look at first when choosing a tennis tote with shoe storage. It lets you take out footwear directly, then put it away after the session without lifting it through your clothes and personal items. Our tennis tote and backpack comparison also explains how the carrying styles differ.
The NST shoe compartment measures 40 × 27 cm. Compare those measurements with the length and shape of your court shoes as you plan your packing. It is a useful detail to settle early, especially if you alternate between different pairs for lessons, practice, and the gym.
Two rackets, ready when you are
We gave each racket a separate position on the outside: one at the front and one at the back. Slide a full-size racket into each pocket when you pack for tennis. At the court, you can take either one out without opening the main compartment.

Keeping rackets outside also gives your packing a clear order. You know where the equipment goes before arranging the rest of the bag, and the handles stay within reach when it is time to play.
Keep work and everyday essentials together
Inside, the padded laptop compartment brings work into the same routine. Pack your computer there, place your change of clothes and other everyday items in the main compartment, and use the smaller pockets for things such as keys, a charging cable, or a wristband.

The Tennis Tote has a 35L capacity and 11 storage compartments. Give the items you use often a regular place: a phone or keys in a small pocket, a fresh top in the main compartment, and your water bottle in its exterior pocket. That way, a stop between work and practice does not mean searching through the entire bag.

Get a feel for the size before you pack
The tote body measures 17 × 7.1 × 14.6 in (L × W × H), approximately 43.2 × 18 × 37.1 cm, excluding the handles. It weighs approximately 1.5 lb (680 g). The 11 in (28 cm) handle drop is the space from the top of the bag to the top of the extended handle. Our size and storage FAQ brings these details together.

Measure a tote you already carry to picture how NST will sit beside you or on your shoulder. Include the jacket you usually wear on the way to work or the court when thinking about handle space.
A simple reset after tennis
The quilted nylon is water-resistant for light rain and everyday splashes. At home, take out your shoes and other belongings, then gently spot clean any marks by hand. Use a soft cloth with mild detergent, remove the residue with a clean damp cloth, and let the bag air-dry fully with its compartments open.

Keep the NST care guide handy for cleaning and drying instructions. Once the tote is dry, put your small essentials back in their usual pockets and pack for the next day on your calendar.
