Information we collect
When you order or contact us, we collect the information needed to assist you: your name, email address, telephone number if provided, billing and shipping addresses, order details and the contents of your messages. We also receive payment confirmations, transaction references and payment status information.
When you browse our website, we receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, and request timestamps. You can currently check out as a guest without creating an account.
How we use information
We use this information to process payments, fulfil and deliver orders, send order updates, respond to enquiries, handle returns and disputes, prevent fraud and misuse, maintain the website and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Our customer communications are limited to order notifications and customer-service replies. We do not currently send promotional emails or marketing text messages.
Where European or UK data-protection law applies, we rely on performance of a contract or steps you request before a contract for purchases and related service; legal obligations for required records; and legitimate interests for proportionate security, fraud prevention and store administration. Where consent is required for a particular activity, it must be obtained before that activity takes place.
Payments and necessary disclosures
Payments are processed through PayPal. Depending on your location, device and the options displayed at checkout, payment methods may include PayPal, credit or debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. PayPal and the payment method you select handle payment information under their own terms and privacy notices. See the PayPal Privacy Statement.
We use the contact and delivery information needed to prepare and ship your order. Information may also be processed as necessary to operate the website and email systems, complete a payment or delivery, comply with a lawful request, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell or rent customer lists. Necessary payment, delivery and operational processing is distinct from selling a customer list.
Cookies and browsing information
Our store uses cookies and browser storage for shopping-cart, session and checkout functions.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use our website, including page views, traffic sources, interactions and purchase events. Depending on the applicable settings and privacy choices, Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to collect usage, browser and device information. We use the resulting reports to understand website performance and improve the shopping experience.
Google processes information through its analytics services. For more information, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google’s Privacy Policy. You can also learn about the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
We also use WP Statistics to compile website-usage statistics on our website server. This optional site-statistics tracking follows the same choice as Google Analytics.
Optional analytics tracking loads only after you accept it. You can reject optional analytics and continue browsing or shopping, or withdraw your choice at any time using , also available in the footer. Withdrawing stops further optional tracking in this browser and removes its Google Analytics cookies; it does not automatically delete information already collected. Contact us for requests concerning that information.
We use a first-party preference cookie to remember your analytics choice for up to 180 days. You may need to choose again if you clear browser storage, use another browser or device, or the choice expires. Essential shopping-cart, session and payment functions remain available if you reject optional analytics.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect shopping-cart and checkout functions. Browser controls are not a substitute for any consent or opt-out mechanism required by applicable law.
Where information is handled
Our team operates in California, United States, and Shenzhen, China. Orders are fulfilled from warehouses in these locations. Your information may therefore be accessed or processed in the United States and China, and by payment and other necessary operational systems in other locations. Those locations may have different data-protection laws from your own.
For questions about where your information is handled, contact us at contact@neverstaythere.com. This policy does not treat your use of the website as blanket consent to international transfers.
Retention and security
Our retention policy is to keep general enquiries that do not result in an order for six months after the enquiry is closed, and order, delivery and related customer-service records for three years after the order and associated after-sales matters are closed. Records needed for a legal, tax or accounting obligation, or an unresolved dispute, may need to be kept longer. Non-essential personal information is then deleted or anonymised under this policy.
Technical records are retained for as long as needed for their operational or security purpose, subject to applicable legal requirements. PayPal and other independent recipients have their own recordkeeping obligations; deleting information held by NST does not automatically delete records they hold.
No online transmission or storage method is completely secure. Please do not send full payment-card details or account passwords in customer-service messages.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or opt out of certain sale, sharing or targeted-advertising activities. Not every right applies to every activity or business.
To make a request, email contact@neverstaythere.com. We may need information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or authority to act for someone else. We will respond within the applicable legal period, explain any applicable exception and provide an appeal route where required. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority, including your local authority in the EEA or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office where applicable.
Children’s privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review it and take appropriate action.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy when our practices or applicable requirements change. We will update the date shown on this page and provide additional notice where required.

Google Analytics and Search Console connection
NST Analytics Read Only is a private tool used by authorized NST operators to review website analytics and Google Search performance. This connection is separate from shopping and checkout. Store visitors are not asked to authorize access to their Google accounts.
Data accessed and purpose. With the operator’s authorization, the tool reads Google Analytics account, property and reporting information; Google Search Console site information, search performance and URL indexing results; and the authorizing account’s email address to confirm the intended account. We use this information to understand website traffic, search visibility and indexing, and to prepare operational reports. Access is limited to resources available to the authorized Google account. The connection requests read-only analytics permissions and basic account identification; it does not request Gmail or Google Drive access or permission to change analytics settings or manage property users.
Storage and processing. Authorization credentials are stored in private files on the operator’s computer and used to request data from Google APIs. Requested reports and query results may also be stored locally. Reports are used for NST’s internal operations and shared only with authorized NST operators. When an operator uses the connection with a configured AI service, the requested results may be processed by that service to produce the requested analysis. Reports may be exported to storage destinations expressly selected by an authorized NST operator. Any such processing must remain limited to the authorized reporting functionality and follow the applicable account settings and service terms.
Limited use. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to develop or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. NST Analytics Read Only’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and removal. Authorization credentials for this connection remain on the operator’s computer until removed or replaced. Locally saved analytics reports are retained for the operational purpose for which they were created and deleted when no longer needed. These connection-specific records are separate from the order and customer-service records described elsewhere in this policy. The operator can revoke the connection through Google Account connections. Revocation stops future access under that authorization but does not automatically delete previously saved or exported reports. Copies stored in an AI service or another export destination are managed through that service’s account and retention controls.
For questions about this connection or requests concerning data held by NST, contact contact@neverstaythere.com.
