The Tennis Tote has a 35L capacity and weighs approximately 1.5 lb (680 g). Its 11 storage compartments help organize your court gear and everyday essentials, with dedicated spaces for rackets, shoes, a laptop and your water bottle. The body measures 17 × 7.1 × 14.6 in (L × W × H), or approximately 43.2 × 18 × 37.1 cm.

Two full-size rackets, one at the front and one at the back. Both are easy to reach without opening the main compartment.

A separate zipper at the bottom lets you reach your shoes without opening the main compartment. The shoe space measures 40 × 27 cm and is separate from the main compartment. The tote has a total capacity of 35L. NST has tested the fit with NIKE running shoes up to EU 50; fit varies by shoe design.

Yes. Take it to pickleball practice or swap your court gear for a gym session. The separate shoe compartment gives your trainers their own space, while the main compartment and smaller pockets organize a change of clothes, a towel and the little things you take along.

We ship worldwide. Orders are sent from our California warehouse first. If an item is out of stock there, we ship it from Shenzhen, China. The same delivery timeframe applies to both locations.

We dispatch orders within 24 hours after payment is received. Delivery takes 5–10 business days from dispatch, not from the date you place your order.

If we cannot dispatch within the promised timeframe, we will notify you so you can agree to a revised dispatch date or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

Yes. Try it on indoors and check the color, size and compartments with clean, dry belongings. For a change-of-mind return, keep the tote unused beyond this inspection, unwashed and in its original, undamaged condition, with tags and accessories. Use the original packaging if you have it, or suitable packaging that protects the bag on its way back. Full return conditions.

You cover return shipping if you change your mind, choose a different color or find the size isn’t right. If the bag is faulty, arrives damaged, doesn’t match its description or we’ve sent the wrong item, contact us so we can look into it and arrange the necessary return shipping at our cost.

Once your return arrives, we’ll check the bag and confirm it meets the return conditions. We then initiate the refund of the price paid for the returned item to your original payment method within 1 business day, with no restocking or processing fees. Yes, subject to availability. Email us within 15 calendar days of delivery and tell us which color you’d like. The same item-condition and shipping requirements apply as for returns. For a change-of-mind exchange, you cover shipping for both returning the original bag and delivering the replacement. Yes. Our current $60 introductory offer includes the same 15-day return policy as a regular-price Tennis Tote. We do not currently offer an additional voluntary commercial warranty. This does not affect statutory guarantees or your rights concerning defective or incorrectly supplied products. We recommend gentle spot cleaning by hand:

1. Empty every compartment and remove loose dirt with a soft brush.
2. Dampen a soft cloth with cool or lukewarm water and a small amount of mild detergent. Test on a discreet area first, then gently wipe the stain.
3. Use a clean damp cloth to remove detergent residue, then blot excess moisture with a dry towel.

Do not machine wash, tumble dry, soak the whole bag, wring it out or iron it. Avoid bleach, solvents, harsh cleaners and vigorous scrubbing.

Gently reshape the bag and open the main compartment, shoe compartment and pockets. Allow it to air dry fully in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Avoid direct heat, radiators, hair dryers and prolonged direct sunlight. Do not pack or store it while damp.

Empty all compartments and make sure the bag is completely dry. Store it in a dry, ventilated place away from heat and direct sunlight. Avoid compressing it under heavy items or forcing the zippers closed.
