For questions about your order or these terms, email contact@neverstaythere.com. You can request our seller name and business address by email; we will send this information within five days of receiving your request. This business address is not an instruction to send a return there. Contact us first for the appropriate return address.
Placing an order
Please provide accurate order, contact and delivery information and use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Review your chosen color, quantity, delivery details and total before paying.
Your order is accepted when your payment succeeds and we send your order confirmation email. Keep that email for your records. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Requests to change or cancel an order are handled as described in our Shipping Policy, without limiting your statutory cancellation rights.
Prices and payment
Prices and checkout charges are in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed through PayPal’s checkout services. Available methods may include credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay; the options available to you are shown at checkout.
As set out in our Shipping Policy, NST provides free worldwide shipping and covers import duties, taxes and other delivery-related charges. You pay the product price shown for your order. We will not increase the agreed price or add a charge without your consent.
Availability and order problems
If we discover a stock issue, payment problem or obvious pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you to explain the issue and discuss a solution. We will not substitute a different product, change your selected color or charge an additional amount without your agreement.
If we cannot fulfill the order and it is lawfully cancelled, we will initiate a full refund of any payment received within 1 business day using the original payment method. Your payment provider or bank may take additional time to show the refund. This provision does not give us an unrestricted right to cancel an accepted order or reduce any remedy required by law.
Shipping, returns and exchanges
Our Shipping Policy explains dispatch, delivery, tracking and help with delivery problems. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the 15-day voluntary return window, return conditions, shipping costs, color exchanges, discounted products and refund processing, including the exceptions required by applicable law.
Please read those policies before ordering. We do not offer an additional voluntary commercial warranty. This does not remove any statutory guarantees, rights concerning defective or incorrectly supplied products, or other remedies available under applicable law.
Using our website
Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access or actions that disrupt its operation. Website content, including images, text and branding, may be protected by intellectual property law; do not use it in a way that infringes those rights.
Nothing in these terms prevents you from sharing an honest review of your experience or using content where permitted by law. We do not require you to transfer ownership of your reviews to us.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. These terms do not require compulsory arbitration, waive your right to bring a lawful claim or override mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase.

We may update these terms and will show the last-updated date on this page. Changes apply to future orders and do not retrospectively reduce the rights or commitments applicable to an order already accepted.

Analytics tool use by authorized operators
NST Analytics Read Only is intended for authorized NST operators. It provides read-only access to Google Analytics and Google Search Console resources that the authorizing Google account is permitted to access. It is not a customer account, checkout requirement or service offered to shoppers, and this section does not change the terms of a purchase or a customer’s statutory rights.
Operators must use the connection only for authorized website reporting, protect their credentials and devices, and share reports only with authorized recipients within NST. Google may limit API access or require renewed authorization. Reports should be interpreted with their date ranges and the source services’ reporting delays and limitations.
